Our items are typically shipped within 5-7 days. Since each item is made to order, there might be a slight delay if our printing team is super busy. But we always strive to meet that 5-7 day window.

If it's been over 14 days and you're still waiting, feel free to reach out to us and we'll work swiftly to resolve any issues.

Unfortunately as our items are made on demand to be more environmentally friendly, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders where you ordered the wrong size or colour. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.

However, we will compensate if your order is damaged or significantly delayed.
